A: If you are in HighJump and your documents are not auto printing from the program please submit a ticket to helpme@fwresults.com so that our IT staff can help to resolve that issue. In the meantime if you need to print receipt or shipping documents that were not auto printed you can use PRRE or PRRM for receipts and PROR or PROM for shipping. Please see the FAQ for the steps to run those functions.
